You've heard it before: If you want to get lean, cut your carbs out completely after 4 p.m. Others suggest 6 p.m., and I've heard as early as 3 p.m. on several occasions. Maybe someone you know has suggested the same, but how good is that advice?  My experience has shown that eating carbohydrates at night can, under certain circumstances, cause you to store the calories as fat. Under other circumstances, however, avoiding carbs can hinder muscle recovery and keep you from putting on lean body mass. Working muscles use carbs as their chief fuel source. You need them so you can train hard enough to grow. Eating too few carbs over the course of 3-4 days could lead to muscular fatigue, but on the other hand, carbohydrates especially when eaten excessively  have the potential to increase fat storage.  The primary rule in controlling body fat is to prevent the body from storing fat in the first place. You must avoid eating excessive calories yet eat within your daily caloric needs if you hope to have a cut physique. To lose body fat, though, you must eat fewer calories than your body needs in any given day.

How to take Calorad for Best Results

1. TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS and put them in the chart on the reverse side. Weigh once in the beginning but stay off the scales and just measure yourself every two weeks. Many prople experience inch loss before weight loss. This is because muscle weights more than fat and in  time the muscle to fat radio will be consistently balanced throughout the whole body.

2. TAKE ONE TABLESPOON OF CALORAD in or with an 8 oz glass of water on any empty stomach. An empty stomach means no food or drink of any kind (including sodas, teas, coffee, vitamins, pills, or even a piece of candy) at least three hours before sleep.   Check with your physician regarding taking prescribed medications with dinner or earlier in the day.

3. TAKE CALORAD DIRECTLY BEFORE SLEEP. Refrain from all activity after taking Calorad. If you like to read or watch TV at bedtime, keep Calorad  in a glass by your bed and take it when you turn out the light. The first 90 minutes of sleep is when Calorad begins to assist the body in building learn muscle tissue, which in turn helps the body in utilizing sugars and fats more efficiently. Taking Calorad prior to sleep (not in the middle of the night) on an empty stomach is the most effective way for the body to utiliza Calorad.

4. KEEP IN MIND THIS IS A THREE MONTH PROGRAM. Some will experience tangible results with Calorad almost immediately while others may not see the results until the third month or longer.
